Left work early today as I hurt all over. All my joints just...hurt. I took a painkiller when I got home, and sat and pretty much stared at the computer screen for a good long while. I did clean up some emails (slowly).
I had a salad for dinner, with some grilled chicken on it. After that, we watched a Trisha Yearwood concert I had recorded a couple weeks ago, then she went to bed. I started feeling less like a zombie, so I played LOTRO for a little while before I too went to bed.

I voted
... not that it means much when there's only one choice. Whole lot of judges to be elected, and my choices were limited to one per court, and there was only one candidate per court.
I did vote in the presidential race, and for senators and for/against the proposed amendments to the MN state constitution. Every vote counts, right?
After work, we had Chinese delivered for T's birthday, and we watched Bones and Hawaii 5-0. I debated playing LOTRO. Pretty tired, which might be because of the time change, or the fact that it gets dark so early. I may just surf the web for a bit then go to bed.

Boring
Sorry - I live a really boring life. When I restarted my blog, I thought it might be 'cool' to list my activities, you know, a web log of my daily life.
It's not that cool. Pretty much the same thing every day. work, tv, game. Rarely do I get to do things like travel - once or twice a year.
I know - be careful what you wish for. I guess I'm just noting that if updating the blog is getting boring for me, I can only imagine what it's like reading it (for all 3 people that read it).

Two more days
and this political crap will be over with.
Played DDO this morning, and finally updated my DDO blog with the quests we've been doing for the last few play sessions.
We tried to go to the movies, but someone couldn't get going in time, so we showed up late to the theater. Rather than hang around for another 2 hours till the next showing, we stopped by the grocery store, got a few things and came home.
I surfed the afternoon away, and played LOTRO after dinner.
Not an exciting day. Just a normal one.

Saturday
Played LOTRO for a while in the morning, then we ran some errands in the afternoon. After we got home we watched quite a bit of TV, catching up on a lot of the shows that recorded while she was out of town. Still have quite a few to go.

Friday
Am I glad the work week is over. The disaster saga will continue Monday however.
After another long frustrating day, we stopped by the comic book store, Barnes and Noble and Famous Dave's for dinner. Dinner was not very good. Rather disappointed in that - they used to be very good.
When we got home we watched a little 20/20, because she wanted to see an interview with Kirstie Alley. We missed it. We watched an episode of Elementary and called it a night.

Continuing Disaster
Another day of disaster recovery testing, with progress only made late in the day. I suppose this is all good, for if we did have a disaster, at least now (or soon) we'd have some place to actually to our work.
After dinner, I played LOTRO while she watched the Country Music Awards. Tomorrow, hopefully, I can put this disaster testing to rest, and start all the documentation on what went wrong, how to fix it, and how to prevent it for the next test.
